Lovely hotel and very central. Reception was very slow with booking in. Customers were queuing. No jacuzzi but overall a lovely stay.

. ideal location right in the town.walking distance from the shopping centres and bars. Hotel beds were so soft , room did get warm and there is no air con. Hotel food is lovely but the staff are not great at delivering or remembering orders

We travelled by train so the location is excellent close to all amenities in the town. Food is lovely and breakfast staff are the friendlinest compared to bar staff . Didn't get a room with a view but our room was still OK.

Checking in was fast and efficient. We got a disability room and the bed was in an awkward position for the tv, no bed side shelf on one side to put a drink or anything else on. Found the shower floor kept moving under my feet even with the bathmat.

Great stay. Fantastic value for a well located hotel. Rooms very good with nice large wall mounted tv. Quiet at night. Lovely bar with seats along the river.

HOTEL LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.CHECK-IN WAS EASY,NO DELAYS. ROOM WAS CLEAN & SPACIOUS.BREAKFAST WAS WELL PRESENTED WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE.

Stayed in the radison blu athlone bed was very comfortable good choice for breakfast lovely busy town great walk by the Shannon visited the oldest pub Sean's overall a good experience

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Brasserie restaurant could do with more staff to accommodate a busy pace

Myself, my husband and my 2 boys had a lovely stay here. All the staff went above and beyond for us. The hotel is spotless. We were delighted with our room, it was huge and split in 2, one part with bunk beds for the boys. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay the staff were so warm and welcoming and the hotel was so central to all amenities and were looking forward to returning in the near future for another stay

Hotel was so convenient from train station.. From the time we arrived until we left the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were all so friendly and helpful.

Some confusion on checking in because we had booked through supervalu. Initially silverware booked in for july. Reception staff were not very enthusiastic or helpful.

Great break room was fab, location great and really great staff v friendly and helpful great value break will visit again perfect with teenagers plenty of shopping hotel in perfect location food lovely also
