Have just come home from a lovely weekend in Treacy's. Had a wonderful time. Bit of normality again, able to stay away in a Hotel again. Social distancing observed, from sinage, to sanitisers visible for Residents. Staff also reminding

Brilliant weekend This was our first trip away since December as we have not been away since 3rd lockdown. Although there are still restrictions here in Ireland John Treacy and Staff have handled to to a T.

Excellent Hotel, amazing food and fantastic Service. Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights the first weekend of October and we honestly can't say enough about this hotel and its service. Its by far the best hotel we have stayed in.

This Hotel is on Another Level because of The Staff! The Reception , Waiters & Waitresses , Housekeeping , Gym Pool & Spa , Bar Staff. Not one member of staff who was not polite warm friendly and helpful when u needed them.

Very central and easy to find. Experience with breakfast and the restaurant was excellent. All facilities needed in the room, but a bigger window to enjoy the view would enhance the experience.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, right beside the start of the Greenway and near all the shops and restaurants. Lovely pool too!

Great location for shopping, restaurants beach golf, sight seeing. Would stay there again 😜😜

Hotel was ok just a maze getting to the room

We went for a three day break in August when checking us in. There was no phone in our room. The room window was small but the room was adequate for our stay . Gym and pool facilities were great. Overall stay was brilliant and would recommend.

We had a lovely weekend break as always at traceys Hotel Waterford its our fifth time staying there all the staff are warm and welcoming and there's always a great atmosphere in the hotel the the food was good with a nice variety to choose from

Great couple of days away all staff very friendly, hotel great value and it was also great to have live music on. Food very good too.

I asked for a spacious room, which I got. I thought in general the room was quite drab. I wouldn't rate the food highly, while staff were lovely at all times.

We were in Waterford for the first time and found that our Hotel was in the perfect location. Due to Covid we did not get the full impact of the hotel and Waterford. The hotel did very well in the effort to control Covid.

Very central.. Ideal for families..

We arrived at the hotel before check in time but the staff were ever so helpful and welcomed us, got to our room within 15mins of arriving and it was spotless, kids enjoyed the swimming and the food in bar was excellent. highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff we all have a great stay.

Not a great experience. Very rough and ready. Food and drink quite expensive. Mattresses very poor quality. Service in bar very poor. Alot of large party groups taking over the place, alot of noise late into the night. Would not go back.

Only downfall was food in bar. Chips are skinny ,fine for kids but not for adults. We ate out mostly for our stay and got amazing food down the town. Food and drinks were very expensive too . 6e for a pint.

We were in the Hotel in 2020 just before Covid hits and we had a great time hence we decided to go again. Everything went downhill from arriving and we were given two separate rooms 104 & 108 not even beside. I booked interconnecting rooms

We had a wonderful time in Tracy's. The staff are super. The breakfast was very good and the chef kept topping up the buffet so it was very freshly cooked. It is very central a few minutes walk from bus station. Our room and bed perfect.

Great location, a stroll to Waterford Cultural centre. Gym & pool were dated but perfect for a short fitness session. All of us used them during our stay. Staff were really young but customer service lady who managed the dinner & breakfast was superb

We booked two rooms through Super Valu breaks - a triple and a family room and both wee fantastic. The family room was wonderful, with a king size bed, a single and a kid's bunk bed. The meals were lovely and staff were great. Will definitely be back

Lovely hotel... excellent food and all staff are excellent friendly and most helpful The car park facilities that hotel use are not adjacent to hotel and I found it very inconvenient Recently had surgery and was not suitable.

Hotel is in a central location near Shops and Restaurants, friendly helpful Staff, good Leisure Centre Viking triangle worth visiting looking forward to visiting Waterford again

Fab break away. Treacys hotel Waterford has always been a great place ro stay. Food fab both morning & evening meals. Great atmosphere throughout hotel. Cleanliness 100%. Also fab leisure facilities. Cannot fault anything.

Hotel a bit shabby in places especially where we were 1st floor down in the back. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money the breakfast was lovely and evening meal.

Excellent value with a fabulous breakfast choice too.

Enjoyed our stay in Tracey’s Hotel Waterford, central location, staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good for breakfast and dinner. Music at night was good but a little loud. No noise disturbance even though room was looking out on street.

Third time staying at this hotel in recent months speaks for itself.

The parking is abit of a trek especially for the elderly and no lift so carrying luggage was an effort.Rooms are standard and breakfast was standard.

We have stayed in treacys many times now and still go back its homely close to town parking is free and never have any hassle staff are very welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast plenty of space in the bedrooms and was great to get away again 👏

It was nice to stay,all facilities were upto the mark. Staffs were nice too.We all enjoyed and will definitely coming back.

Stayed in Tracy’s Hotel in Waterford The food was excellent as so was the staff Brilliant entertainment in the bar Hotel itself could do with a bit of maintenance Couldn’t close the window in room and hot water was very limited but had great time

We had a lovely break in Treaceys Hotel. Location was perfect, the food was delicious, the pool is brilliant and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!

Great hotel for the price paid

The hotel itself is in a fabulous location for access. The staff are very welcoming an helpful. The rooms are lovely an clean and comfortable. The hallways could do with a lick of paint.

Very disappointing overall - No heat in bedroom on arrival, took an hour to solve this problem. Prepaid evening meal - not informed of €10 supplement each until end of meal. Loud music from bar could be heard in bedroom. Lack of supplies in bedroom.

Perfect centrally located hotel to see all attractions, within a short walk for great shopping and large selection of restaurants for every budget.

We had lovely time.Room's a bit dated but very comfortable. Food was fabulous. Staff very accommodating. We will be back thank you .

Very nice rooms, everything was clean. Corridors were a bit old and there was an odd smell, but other than that everything was perfect. Would stay here again
