hotel very pleasant and comfortable.the only problem was that the main restaurant was closed and were not told when booking.had to eat main meal in bar ordered t bone steak ,for the price it was uneatable.when complained we got no satisfaction.and was told it was the way we ordered the meet to be cooked.also i do not like my meals served on wooden boards,

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. We dined in the main restaurant and we're very happy with our meal and the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our Family use the Oakwood Arms regularly . We are always pleased with their hospitallity. Would always recommend this hotel , Food is good staff are very helpfull. RD Newcastle C. Dublin

We were very pleased with our recent stay in the Oak Wood Arms Hotel. We very much enjoyed our breakfasts, we also had an eveing meal there with seven others and the service at our table was very good. We would recommend this hotel to others. B&G - Meath

We took a chance and were very pleasantly surprised. We needed to depart from Shannon Airport early the following morning and a hotel close to the airport was ideal. Our room was spacious, clean and in a quiet part of the hotel. The 2-course dinner was excellent value (for example, my husband had prawn cocktail and a T-bone steak) and the hotel even provided an early continntal breakfast for us as we had to leave before the full breakfast service started at 07.00. I would certainly book this hotel on a Lidl Breaks package the next time we fly from Shannon. We're certainly going to consider taking more short trips in Ireland using the Lidl Breaks packages for hotels. You can't beat it!
